About Broomhall Christmas Trees
Broomhall Christmas Trees is a family-run business at Broom Hall Farm in Black Callerton, on the north-western edge of Newcastle, which has been selling Christmas trees for more than 35 years. It stocks Nordmann firs, Fraser firs and Norway spruces in heights from 4ft up to 24ft, with pre-cut trees laid out in a viewing field and some kept under cover in a tree shed.
The farm opens for the season in late November, and its 2026 opening day is 26 November. It also runs a paid collection service in January, picking up trees from customers' homes so they can be recycled.
