About Saltwater Fish Company

Saltwater Fish Company occupies a counter in the Fenwick Food Hall on Northumberland Street and is two businesses in one: a fishmonger's slab and a small seafood bar, sitting a few feet apart. The house line is that they cook what they sell and sell what they cook, so the menu tracks whatever has come in rather than a fixed card. It is part of Terry Laybourne's 21 Hospitality group, the company behind 21, Dobson & Parnell and The Broad Chare.

Seating is a short row at a counter facing the open kitchen, which makes it a good solo lunch and an awkward group booking.
