Sanco
No-menu Neapolitan pizza restaurant on Forth Banks where a table light brings bottomless wood-fired slices for a fixed price per head.
About Sanco
Sanco opened in October 2025 in The Forge on Forth Banks, close to Central Station and the Utilita Arena. There is no menu: guests switch on the light at their table and the pizzaioli bring slices of freshly made Neapolitan pizza from the Gozney wood-fired oven until the light is switched off. Dough is made on site daily with Caputo flour and San Marzano tomatoes.
It is priced per head, with a separate children's price and a cheaper weekday lunch offer, and serves coffee and Italian sweets from 10am. Utilita Arena ticket holders receive a discount on event days.
