About Portofino
Portofino is a family-run Italian restaurant and pizzeria on Mosley Street in the heart of Newcastle city centre. It occupies a Victorian Grade II listed building whose ornate faience tiling gives the dining room a real sense of occasion.
The menu covers traditional Italian cooking, including pasta and pizza, with a weekday happy hour on food and drink from noon to 6pm outside December and bank holidays. It opens every day from midday, runs a pre-order festive set menu through December and takes bookings online.
