The Suggestibles: Impro Pantso at The Stand
Newcastle's improv troupe The Suggestibles bring their adults-only improvised Christmas panto to The Stand, with the characters, songs and plot made up on the spot from audience suggestions.
About This Event
The Suggestibles return with Impro Pantso, their anarchic adults-only improvised Christmas panto, at The Stand Comedy Club on Newcastle's High Bridge. Nothing is scripted: audience suggestions drive the characters, songs, villains and twists of a festive show built fresh every night. Billed as unscripted, unhinged and unbelievably funny, it is a fast, silly and sweary take on the panto tradition, aimed firmly at grown-ups rather than children. The show starts at 8pm with doors from 6.30pm. Tickets are around £25 and the High Bridge venue is a short walk from Monument Metro in the heart of the city.
