Sonic Bathing: Gong Bath with Tracey West
An affordable evening gong bath led by Tracey West, designed for deep relaxation.
About This Event
Tracey West leads a gong bath in which participants lie down and rest, or stretch and move, while layers of sound wash over them as a kind of sonic massage. The space has a concrete floor, so bring warm, comfortable things to lie on and under, although the team heats the room as much as possible.
