About This Event
Howard Shore's sweeping, Oscar-winning scores for The Lord of the Rings come to life in the extraordinary setting of Newcastle Cathedral. The Mystery Ensemble performs the trilogy's most beloved themes, from the Shire to the fall of Sauron, by candlelight beneath the cathedral's soaring vaults. Two sittings are offered on the day, at 4:45pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are £25-£40 and available via the cathedral's website.
