About This Event

Soprano Claire Booth and violinist Maria Włoszczowska perform György Kurtág's Kafka Fragments in Sage Two. The work is a cycle of 40 tiny pieces built on texts Kurtág collected in the 1950s from Kafka's notebooks and diaries, moving between intense, violent passages and gentle, poignant moments. The performance runs for one hour without an interval, with discounts for under-17s, 18 to 30s and groups of 10 or more.
