Try your hand at the crafts of the ancient world in this hands-on evening for adults at the Great North Museum: Hancock. Guided by the museum's team, you'll have a go at stone drilling, knapping, shaping clay figurines and simple woodwork, an experimental-archaeology session that brings prehistoric technology to life. Aged 16+; a relaxed, sociable way to spend a summer evening in the museum.
