About The Racquets Court
The Racquets Court is a coworking space at 3 College Street, in a historic building a short walk from the city centre shops and Metro. It offers hot desk plans, dedicated desks with 24/7 access, monthly memberships, virtual office packages and meeting rooms that can be booked online, with reception staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Unusually for Newcastle, it also sells desk time on a pay-as-you-go basis: £5 an hour, or a full 9am to 5pm day at £29.99 Monday to Thursday and £19.99 on Fridays (prices before VAT), booked online by choosing a floor and a desk. Unlimited tea, coffee and snacks, fibre-based WiFi, ergonomic chairs, break-out sofas, printing and scanning are part of the offer, which makes it a practical drop-in option for remote workers and visitors needing a proper desk for a day.
