My Dog Barber's Jesmond salon at 235 Jesmond Road is part of a small independent group of North East grooming salons that also runs its own training academy for groomers. It is open Tuesday to Saturday, 8.30am to 5pm, with appointments bookable online. Lying just north of Haymarket, it is the easiest independent salon for many central Newcastle residents to reach without a car.
